About Instructor

Sarah Marshall

Sarah Marshall is a lecturer in counselling, experienced music teacher, AMEB examiner and singer. She uses her tertiary training in performance, psychology and counselling to assist others to manage performance anxiety and attain peak performance whatever the circumstances. Employing evidence-based strategies from performance psychology and peak performance practice of elite athletes and performers, she assists groups and individuals to manage anxiety, develop presentation skills and grow in confidence. Sarah lectures in the University of Canberra's Counselling program as well as regularly running workshops in secondary and tertiary institutions such as Abbotsleigh, Kambala, Sydney Grammar, Radfield College, Sydney Conservatorium and Griffith Universities. Sarah creates specific programs for their cohort to develop peak performance and manage anxiety. She has also written peak presentation masterclasses for lawyers to improve presentation skills and assist them with strong delivery. Privately Sarah works with individuals of any age and vocation to assist them to develop peak performance strategies and manage anxiety. She has worked successfully with a wide range of individuals including secondary and tertiary students, CEOs, musicians, corporate negotiators, real estate entrepreneurs, music theatre performers, conductors and actors.
